We are searching for support in project management, specifically with objective and key results (OKR). To enable setting and achieving measurable goals in a timely and efficient manner, OKRs are a popular framework for defining and tracking progress towards these goals. As a student assistant in this field, you will help develop and implement OKRs, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Your contribution
Selected areas of responsibility are:
- Preparation of the quarterly OKR retrospective and review sessions
- Assist in running the quarterly OKR retrospective and review sessions
- Support your objective leaders
- Create great presentation templates using PowerPoint and Mentimeter and a good amount of design insight
- Support solutions, for example organize the company SharePoint
Your profile
- Student in business administration and Engineering (or comparable) with keen interest in technological topics
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Responsible work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders
