Your contribution
- Through your proactive attitude, you can support the company management with important information, take care of the executive calendar, and handle office organization tasks in an efficient manner. You think ahead and work reliability to give the management the space to take the next steps for the organization.
- “The Art of Presentation” is your mindset. You are a creative person, and you are able to design presentations in a way that impresses others.
- As a sparring partner for the various departments, you take care of mail processing and ensure a smooth office infrastructure and organization.
